Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues and account questions for clients.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in our internal CRM database systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement processes.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members and training programs.
Qualifications
