Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat with a friendly and professional tone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications
