Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Qualifications
