Responsibilities
- Assist clients via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process customer orders and manage account information accurately in our CRM database.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure clients are satisfied with our services and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to address complex customer issues.
- Participate in daily training sessions to refine product knowledge and communication skills.
- Document customer feedback and trends to help improve our service offerings.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are essential.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote training (if applicable).
- Ability to work Monday to Friday during core business hours.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
