Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through our premium training modules.
- Identify client needs and recommend solutions to maximize platform usage.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Document customer feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and skill-building workshops.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or degree is required; we provide all the training.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday).
