Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Onboard new clients by guiding them through our services and ensuring they feel confident using our platform.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account status within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to address complex client needs and provide feedback on common pain points.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and assist in the growth of client accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work standard business hours.
