Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues and software problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by meeting response time and resolution targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and customer service software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we train enthusiastic candidates.
