Responsibilities
- Support clients through onboarding and implementation processes
- Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Document interactions and maintain CRM records
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams
- Identify upsell opportunities for existing clients
- Participate in weekly training sessions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
