Responsibilities
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Account Management: Assist in maintaining accurate client profiles and data within our CRM systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on client needs and drive business growth.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends and provide valuable insights to management.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas where our client service processes can be optimized for better efficiency.
- Communication: Deliver clear, professional verbal and written communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a strong plus.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We are looking for raw potential and a teachable attitude.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required as our office is located in downtown Oakland.
