Responsibilities
- Conduct product onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Track and resolve client issues and technical challenges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to provide feedback on user experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
