Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients in navigating our products and services to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately input and update customer data into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Conduct basic market research to identify client needs and trends.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and resources.
Qualifications
