- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through our platform and services, ensuring a seamless and positive initial experience.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Problem Solving: Identify client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their satisfaction and retention.
- Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze client feedback to help improve our products and service delivery processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a unified client experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software.
