Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain value propositions clearly.
- Assist customers with onboarding and resolving inquiries via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet team targets.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Document customer feedback and market trends to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
