As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals through our services.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly progress reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection are mandatory for remote training components.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
