Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex client issues with patience and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to help new clients maximize the value of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client outcomes.
- Track client feedback and communicate trends to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
