Responsibilities
- Complete our structured, paid onboarding and training program to learn product functionality and sales processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing their account settings.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to relay critical user feedback.
- Document client interactions and system updates accurately in our CRM.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience in customer service or technology is necessary.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and sales methodologies.
