Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide product demonstrations.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in daily training sessions and weekly team meetings to refine skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new software and company systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
