Responsibilities
- Client Management: Communicate effectively with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet team goals.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve our products and service offerings.
- Training: Participate in daily training sessions to master our products and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new things quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility.
