Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to address complex client needs and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer feedback initiatives to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Reliable transportation is required for this on-site role.
