Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide feedback and improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing clients.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
