Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage daily communication with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Monitor account health and proactively address any client concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client requests efficiently.
- Track client feedback and deliver actionable insights to improve our products and services.
- Facilitate training workshops to help clients maximize the value of our solutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of client success documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software quickly.
