Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive 8-week paid training program covering CRM systems, client communication protocols, and product knowledge
- Manage and grow assigned client portfolio through proactive relationship building and issue resolution
- Analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for product adoption and satisfaction improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Marketing) to address client needs
- Document client interactions and feedback using Salesforce and internal tracking systems
- Contribute to quarterly customer success initiatives and process improvements
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships acceptable)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
