Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide high-quality support.
- Learn and demonstrate our company’s products and services to clients effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while representing the brand at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigating web browsers, and Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient attitude.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable transportation (required for some shifts).
