Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on quality and speed.
- Assist customers in navigating our software platforms and resolving technical issues.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and retention teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in daily training workshops to expand product knowledge and soft skills.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
