Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and troubleshoot issues efficiently with the guidance of senior team members.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system regarding customer interactions and feedback.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Onboarding: Help new team members acclimate to the company culture and workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We are looking for raw talent and a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite) and typing proficiency.
