Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process and ensure a seamless introduction to our platform.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently.
- Retention & Engagement: Proactively monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for expansion and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system regarding client interactions and account status.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay client feedback to the product development team to help shape future features.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a unified approach to client success.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer empathy.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and navigating software applications.

- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
