Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person support channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales and service targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on our products and services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and CRM software).
