Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on building positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Assist customers in troubleshooting common technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions to resolve their problems efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Learn our product suite and actively stay updated on new features to provide accurate guidance to our clients.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document client feedback to help improve our products and service delivery processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to renewal.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and complete daily performance reports.
Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a professional and friendly tone.
