Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Learn and utilize internal CRM software to accurately track customer interactions and account status.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical departments to escalate complex issues and provide valuable feedback.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in every interaction to drive brand loyalty.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client retention and satisfaction post-purchase.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
