Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition to our software ecosystem.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate technical support.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on user experience and feature requests.
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address potential issues to ensure retention.
- Conduct virtual training sessions to educate clients on our platform's capabilities.
- Document all client interactions and solutions using our CRM system.
- Assist in the development of internal knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems and think critically.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and software platforms quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
