Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service with weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory management
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Support inventory processes including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while adhering to company policies
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling and product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn POS systems
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
