Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service complaints
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with tech team to escalate complex issues
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score monthly
- Participate in weekly product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates encouraged)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
