Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (KPIs)
- Participate in weekly training sessions and skill-building workshops

Qualifications
