Responsibilities
- Delocate exceptional customer experiences via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, conversion)
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
