Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders and resolve billing discrepancies using our CRM system
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce database
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Meet daily performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick learner of new software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid work authorization in the United States
