- Maintain accurate customer records and follow data protocols
- Participate in weekly training sessions to product knowledge updates
- Support sales team with lead qualification and basic account management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic data entry accuracy (10,000+ keystrokes per hour)
