Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Participate in weekly product knowledge workshops
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Windows OS and web browsers
- Type minimum 35 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
