Responsibilities
- Delocate exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Master company products/services through structured training modules
- Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex inquiries
- Meet daily performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and skills workshops
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
