Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, returns, and service requests using our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with GDPR
- Contribute to team performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities to management
Qualifications
