Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues, order inquiries, and product concerns using CRM systems
- Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet daily performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on company offerings
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services to existing clients
Qualifications
