- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex inquiries
- Participate in daily skill-building workshops and role-playing sessions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications

- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 30+ WPM preferred)
