Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives during weekly team meetings
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction and resolution time targets
Qualifications
