Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
