Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly to address inquiries.
- Assist customers in finding products and explaining product features.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work part-time shifts.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
