- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Training: Complete all required onboarding and training programs to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
