Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM systems.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members through peer mentoring.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, typing speed of 40+ WPM).
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing processes.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space (if remote).
