Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, account updates, and product information.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to promote our services and assist in the sales process.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior customer service or sales experience is necessary; we provide the training!
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
