Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to enhance client value.
