Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional, personalized service to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist in the daily operation of the store, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, inviting atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Answer incoming phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend products or services.
- Learn and demonstrate a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer literacy and a quick learning curve for new software.
