Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist customers in selecting products or services that best suit their requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management.
- Keep the sales floor organized and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of company products and policies.
Qualifications
